Luxury Villa Rentals in Mexico

Pick the winter sun, gather your group, and we will help you plan a stay at our private villa in Punta de Mita.

Luxury Villa Rentals Punta de Mita: A Pacific Beach Escape

Punta de Mita sits on a point of land at the northern tip of Banderas Bay, on Mexico’s Pacific coast. It is a place of golden beaches, warm water and slow, sunny days.

Picture January. You are on the terrace with coffee, and out in the bay a humpback whale breaches, then another. By lunch you are in the water yourself, or watching surfers ride the gentle waves off the point. In the evening, fresh fish tacos and a cold drink finish the day as the sun goes down over the ocean.

A villa gives your group room to enjoy it all. Everyone has their own space, the kitchen and terraces are yours, and the beach is the centre of every plan. Our luxury villa rentals Punta de Mita currently means one beautiful home for up to 14 guests.

Puerto Vallarta’s airport is around 45 minutes to an hour away by car, so it is easy to reach from many cities in North America.

When to Go to Mexico

The best weather on this part of the Pacific coast comes in the drier months, from about November to April, with warm days and comfortable evenings. Humpback whales visit Banderas Bay from mid December to March, with January and February the peak. Summer is hotter, more humid and wetter, and the busiest weeks fall over Christmas and New Year.
