Mykonos sits near the centre of the Cyclades, a low granite island in the open Aegean where the light is hard and the wind, the summer meltemi, is part of the weather. Its capital, Chora, is the town everyone pictures: cube houses, blue shutters, the windmills of Kato Mili and the balconies of Little Venice hanging over the water. Most of our Mykonos collection sits on the hillsides around it, above the new harbour at Tourlos and along the west coast, where every terrace faces the sunset and the outline of Delos.
These are villas built for the island’s way of living: outdoor rooms rather than indoor ones, a pool that runs to the edge of the terrace, five to seven bedrooms so a group can arrive together, and a short drive to the beaches of the south coast, from Psarou and Platis Gialos to the long sand at Elia. Several homes are staffed, and a private chef, a boat for the day or a table at one of the beach clubs are the kind of things we arrange every week of the season.

Where To Stay On Mykonos
The island is small, but where you sleep still shapes the week: sunsets on the west coast, beaches in the south, quiet in the interior.

Chora and Little Venice
The town itself: the harbour, the windmills, the restaurants and the night. Best enjoyed on foot from a villa a short drive away rather than slept in.

The sheltered south west corner, with calmer water when the meltemi blows, family beaches and the boats to Delos.
Psarou and Platis Gialos

When To Come To Mykonos
The season runs from May to October. The best weeks are at either end of it.
Late May to JuneWarm days, sea just warm enough, and the island before the crowds. Restaurants are open, beach clubs are calm and villas are easier to secure.
July and AugustThe height of the season and of the meltemi, the northerly wind that keeps the heat bearable and the south coast beaches sheltered. Book well ahead; the best villas go by spring.
September and early OctoberThe sea is at its warmest, the wind eases and the light softens. For many regulars this is the finest Mykonos of all.

How do I get to Mykonos?
Mykonos has its own airport, with direct flights from most European hubs in season and frequent connections through Athens. Ferries run from Piraeus and Rafina. We arrange the transfer from either to the villa.
Are the villas staffed?
Several are, with daily housekeeping and, on request, a private chef. Tell us what level of service you would like and we will suggest the right home.
Can I rent a villa for a large group?
Yes. Most homes in the collection have five to seven bedrooms, and a few can host larger groups across neighbouring villas. Send us your numbers.
How does booking work?
There is no instant booking. You send a request with your dates and party size, and our team confirms availability and arranges the stay directly with you, with a 0% booking fee.
Which side of the island should I choose?
For sunsets and Chora, the west coast around Tourlos. For beaches and beach clubs, the south. For quiet, the east around Elia or the interior at Ano Mera.
