Yes. Tell us about your villas or excursions through the form on this page or by email at info@theluxuryrental.com, and our team will publish them for you once we have the details we need.
Founding partners: our Founding Partner Program is by invitation. Partners we select personally list free for good, with free leads and zero commission.
Standard terms: your first 5 properties are free to list, and owners with more than 5 properties move to a monthly subscription.

No. Founding partners pay zero commission on every booking, indefinitely, and there is no booking fee on our listings.
Inquiries come to you directly as an email for each new lead. Instant booking is off for all listings, so you are free to speak with guests directly outside The Luxury Rental.
Yes. We prepare and publish your listings from the information you send, and every listing is reviewed against our guidelines before it goes live.
Yes. We offer packages that feature your listing in the Featured Luxury Properties section of our homepage.
Yes. Leaving is free, with no notice period and no exit terms. If you let us know, we will promptly remove your villas, excursions and contact details from the site.
We are growing into new destinations, and in some regions you would be among our first partners. Ask us, and we will tell you plainly where things stand in your area.
You will have a dedicated point of contact on our team. We are based in the USA, so allow for the time difference; most questions are resolved within 24 hours.
For guests
Every stay is arranged by inquiry. Send a request from the property page or our contact form with your dates and the size of your group, and we will confirm availability and every detail with you personally. Instant booking is not available.
Include your preferred dates in your inquiry. We check availability with the homeowner and come back to you, usually with alternatives if your first choice is taken.
Rates depend on the season, the length of your stay and the services you would like, so we prepare a quote for each request. The more detail you share about your dates and group, the more precise we can be.
Yes. Depending on the property, our team can arrange services such as a private chef, housekeeping, airport transfers and curated excursions. Mention what you have in mind when you inquire.
Cancellation terms vary by property and are confirmed in writing before you commit. You can read our general cancellation policy in the meantime.
