Cape Town spreads around the foot of Table Mountain at the southwestern tip of Africa, where a long mountainous peninsula runs south towards the Cape of Good Hope and the cold Atlantic breaks on white sand beaches. The stretch of coast that matters for a villa stay is the Atlantic Seaboard: Clifton, Camps Bay, Bantry Bay and Llandudno, a few kilometres of steep hillside between the Twelve Apostles and the sea, where the houses look west over the water and the sun sets into the ocean every evening.
Our Cape Town collection is nine villas along that coast, from two bedroom retreats to six bedroom houses, most with pools, most with the mountain behind and the sea in front. From any of them the city is fifteen minutes away, the Constantia vineyards half an hour, and the drive down the peninsula to Boulders, Cape Point and back over Chapman’s Peak makes a day you will talk about for years.

When To Come To Cape Town
The seasons are reversed from Europe and North America, which is much of the appeal.
November to MarchCape Town’s summer: long dry days, beach weather and the southeaster, the wind locals call the Cape Doctor. The Christmas and New Year weeks are the peak of the year; book the villa months ahead.
April and OctoberThe shoulder months, often the calmest and clearest of the year, with warm days, cool nights and far fewer visitors. Excellent for the Winelands and for walking the mountain.
May to SeptemberWinter, with rain and dramatic seas but also whale watching in False Bay, roaring fires in the villas and very good value. Many regulars prefer it.

How far are the villas from the airport?
Cape Town International is roughly thirty to forty minutes from the Atlantic Seaboard by car. We arrange a private transfer to the villa.
Which neighbourhood should I choose?
Clifton for the beaches and shelter from the wind, Camps Bay for restaurants on the doorstep, Llandudno for quiet, Fresnaye for city and Waterfront access.
Are the villas staffed?
Most include housekeeping, and a chef, a driver or a concierge can be added for the stay. Tell us what you need and we will suggest the right home.
How does booking work?
There is no instant booking. You send a request with your dates and party size, and our team confirms availability and arranges the stay directly with you, with a 0% booking fee.
Can we visit the Winelands from the villa?
Easily. Constantia is twenty minutes away, Stellenbosch and Franschhoek under an hour. A driver for the day is one of the most common requests we arrange.
