Luxury Villa Rentals in Spain

Pick your dates, then a corner of Ibiza, and we will match you with a private villa that suits your group.

Choosing Your Base: Luxury Villa Rentals Ibiza by Area

All of our homes in Spain are on Ibiza. Each number on the map marks an area. Tap one to see its villas.

The Other Side of Ibiza

Ibiza has two lives, and they share the same small island. One is the famous one, with the clubs and the late, late nights. The other is pine woods, terraced fields, whitewashed farmhouses and a sea so clear you can count the stones on the bottom.

Picture an evening in June. You drive out toward Cala d’Hort, find a spot on the cliffs, and watch the sun slide down behind the rock of Es Vedrà. Then think of early October. The beaches are calmer, the water is still warm, and lunch stretches into the late afternoon.

A villa gives you both lives at once. Dance until sunrise and sleep until noon, or never go near a club at all. With homes for up to 16 guests, there is room for the whole group, plus a pool for the slow mornings after.

Most of our luxury villa rentals Ibiza sit together in one area, Can Cantó, with two more elsewhere on the island. Nowhere on Ibiza is very far from anywhere else, so the beaches, Ibiza Town and the airport are all within a manageable drive.

Can Cantó and the Countryside

Seven of our homes are in Can Cantó, out in the Ibiza countryside. Expect quiet lanes, dry stone walls and old almond and olive trees, with the sea never far. These are houses built for living outdoors, with long terraces, big pools and dinner tables set under the stars. They suit families and friends who want peace during the day and the option of a night out when the mood strikes. Two examples are Villa Es Vedrà, with eight bedrooms, and Villa Cala d’Hort, with five. Summer is the main season, with June and September our favourite months.

Elsewhere on Ibiza

Our other two villas are in different parts of the island. Each one has its own setting, and they suit guests who already know which beach or village they want to be near. Ibiza is compact, so wherever you stay, Dalt Vila, the old walled upper town above the harbour, is close enough for an evening stroll and dinner. Ask us about the exact location of each home, and we will tell you which beaches and towns are closest.

When to Go to Ibiza

Ibiza’s main season runs through the summer. June to September brings the hottest weather, the warmest sea and the full calendar of beach clubs and nights out. July and August are the busiest months by a long way.

May and October are quieter and still warm. Many restaurants are open, the beaches have more space, and the island feels more relaxed.

In winter much of the island slows down. It is lovely for walking and food, but most beach clubs close, so it is not the time for a classic villa summer.

Questions about Ibiza

It is very easy to have a quiet holiday on Ibiza. The nightlife is concentrated in a few places, and much of the island is countryside and small villages. A villa away from the busiest towns lets you choose how much of the party side you want. Tell us your plans, and we will match the house to the mood.

The west coast is the place for sunsets. One favourite is the viewpoint above Cala d’Hort, which looks straight out to Es Vedrà, a tall rocky islet just off the coast. It is roughly 30 kilometres from Ibiza Town, so plan your drive. Take a picnic and a jumper, and arrive a little early to get a good spot.

Services vary by home. Many include cleaning during your stay, and our team can often arrange a private chef, a driver or someone to stock the kitchen before you arrive. Each property page lists what is included. Let us know what you would like and we will confirm it for your dates.

Yes, and it is one of the best ways to see Ibiza. A boat can take you to coves that are hard to reach by road, and on to Formentera, the smaller island just to the south. Days at sea depend on the weather, so keep one day free just in case. Our team can help you plan a trip once your villa is booked.

Each home sets its own minimum stay, and you can see it on the property page. In July and August many villas prefer week-long bookings. If your dates are fixed, send us an enquiry early, because the best houses fill up fast in high summer. We will tell you which homes can take your exact dates.
