The Bonaparte Apartment occupies the full upper floor of a classical Haussmann building on the Place du Trocadéro in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. The building has a slate mansard roof, carved limestone window surrounds, and tall south-facing casement windows characteristic of the residential architecture in this part of the city. The interior has been fitted in a clean contemporary register that stands as a studied contrast to the decorative stonework of the facade, and is available to book through The Luxury Rental.

The main living and dining area spans approximately 70m2 as a single open room with a ceiling height of 3.2 metres. The large casement windows admit direct light from mid-morning through late afternoon, and a Juliet balcony on the south side frames wrought-iron railings and a direct view down onto the tree-lined avenue below. Furniture is custom-made and low: a long sectional sofa in pale linen, a polished walnut dining table for eight, and a console credenza carrying art books and ceramic objects. Original works on canvas and paper are installed on the white walls. The kitchen is equipped with professional-grade appliances and connects to the dining area through a wide service pass with a stone counter for plating and preparation.

The two bedrooms and two full bathrooms occupy the quieter rear section of the apartment, separated from the main room by a private internal corridor. The master bedroom faces the interior courtyard with full blackout curtains fitted to every window. The second bedroom has two single beds and also serves as a study with a writing desk and built-in oak bookshelves. Both bathrooms are finished in honed marble with oversized walk-in showers and heated towel rails. The separation of living and sleeping zones means the main salon can remain in use well into the evening without disturbing guests who have retired early.

A full butler service runs throughout every stay at the Bonaparte Apartment. The butler manages all daily housekeeping, laundry and ironing, grocery provisioning, and continental breakfast delivered to the apartment each morning. Room service is available 24 hours a day from a rotating kitchen team. On arrival the apartment is stocked with a fruit basket, a selection of teas, coffees, soft drinks, and snacks. A private wine cellar below the building holds champagne and still wines accessible throughout the stay. A house car is available for transfers within the city at any hour of the day or night.

The Luxury Rental coordinates all services and logistics at this property. The Trocadéro gardens are directly below the apartment, and the Eiffel Tower is visible across the Seine from the main balcony. The Musée de l’Homme, the Palais de Chaillot, and the Passy covered market are all within ten minutes on foot. Charles de Gaulle airport is 38 kilometres north-east of Paris, reached by direct RER rail in 45 minutes from the central stations. The apartment accommodates up to four guests across its two bedrooms, and the streets of the immediate neighbourhood have several good local restaurants and cafes within a five-minute walk of the front door.
