Chalet Bellezza

Chalet Bellezza sits high on the Rochebrune side of Megève, above 1,150 metres, with a wide panorama over the valley and the surrounding peaks. Fully renovated and completed in September 2026, it is a luxury chalet rental in Megève built for families who want space, comfort and an easy route to the slopes.

The chalet unfolds over three levels linked by a staircase and a private lift. The first floor is given over to a light-filled open-plan living space of about 110 m², with an open kitchen, a dining area and a living room arranged around the fireplace, plus a quiet TV corner. On the second floor, a master suite of about 45 m² spans the full width of the chalet, with a generous en-suite bathroom.

The ground floor holds a generous ski room and three more en-suite rooms: two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 × 200 cm), and a children's dormitory with two sets of bunk beds. In the garden, a private mazot houses a sauna, a massage room, a shower and a WC, and a Nordic bath waits on the terrace facing it. Four electric bikes are kept in their own storage room for guests to use all year.

Confident skiers can ski back to the chalet along a Rochebrune slope, and the Rochebrune lift is about three minutes away by car. The village centre is five minutes by car and Geneva Airport about an hour and a half. Weekly housekeeping, final cleaning, linen and a meet and greet are included, and a private chef, butler or nanny can be arranged on request.
