Chalet Les Trois Vallées

There are moments in a ski holiday when the mountain stops being a backdrop and becomes something you actually feel. Chalet Les Trois Vallées sits high above the Cospillot slope in Courchevel 1850, close enough to the snow that you can hear the lifts running from the terrace on a quiet morning. This is not a chalet you observe from the road. It is one you settle into slowly, moving through four distinct levels, each with its own character and purpose. From the moment you step inside, the scale of the place and the quality of what has been put into it become immediately clear, and is available to book through The Luxury Rental.

Spread across 650 square metres, the chalet sleeps twelve guests across six bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom and dressing room. The design finds a balance between contemporary lines and the warmth of Alpine tradition: wide bay windows pull the outside in and frame panoramic views of the Vanoise mountains and Mont Bel Air. Two lounge areas on the main level each have a fireplace, and a library sits quietly off the entrance hall for those evenings when the mountain can wait. A lift connects every floor without any fuss, and the south-facing terrace and balconies are perfectly placed to catch the afternoon light long after the last runs are done.

The lower level is where the chalet truly surprises. An indoor swimming pool with cascading waterfalls sits alongside a lounge with its own bar and fireplace, a hammam, a hot tub, and a private cinema room. It is a self-contained retreat beneath the snow, far enough from the slopes to feel like a different world, and exactly the right place to spend a long evening. The ski and boot room at the top of the building keeps everything organised and ready for the following morning, which helps when you are ten metres from the nearest piste.

Skiing access does not get more direct than this. The full network of one of the largest ski areas in the world opens up from that first turn outside the front door. On clear days, the views from Courchevel 1850 stretch across the Vanoise range and down toward the valley below, and the south-facing balconies give you a front-row seat as the light changes over the peaks in the late afternoon.

We at The Luxury Rental include a full set of services in the weekly rate for Chalet Les Trois Vallées. A private chef and butler team handle all meals, with breakfast each morning and either lunch or dinner each evening prepared on-site and tailored to your group. A governess is available for families with younger children, and concierge support in the resort covers restaurant bookings, ski passes, guiding, and anything else the group needs during the week. Return transportation from the train station is arranged for all guests, and half-board is included as standard so the practical side of the trip is handled before you arrive.
