Villa Glacia
About the villa
Villa Glacia reads differently than most Venetian Islands homes. Floor-to-ceiling glass curtain walls face the bay on multiple levels, polished concrete floors run from front to back without interruption, and a double-height central atrium drops light to the ground floor. A hanging globe fireplace suspended from the ceiling and a steel-and-cable floating staircase beside an interior reflecting pool give the entry the feel of a designed installation rather than a foyer. Four bedrooms, four bathrooms, 5,486 square feet, sleeps eight. This home is located in Miami Beach and offered by The Luxury Rental.
The main living area takes up the full width of the ground floor: a white L-shaped sectional, glass coffee tables, and a cowhide rug on polished concrete. The glass wall facing the bay is three stories high. The pool and a large date palm are directly beyond it, and the turquoise water of Biscayne Bay sits just past the pool edge. Surround sound runs through the ceiling. When the sliders are fully open, inside and outside become effectively one space.
The dining area sits just off the main room: a rectangular glass table for eight on a raised mirrored platform that reflects both the ceiling and the incoming light, with white upholstered chairs and a large-scale black, white, and orange canvas hanging behind it. The full glass walls on either side mean daylight enters from three directions.
The primary suite is on the upper level with direct bay views through floor-to-ceiling glass. A king bed, ceiling fan, and two lounge chairs face the water. The en-suite bathroom is one of the property's standout spaces: two aqua glass vessel sinks on a long walnut countertop, a soaking tub positioned against floor-to-ceiling glass overlooking the bay, and windows on two sides so the water stays in frame. The other three bedrooms have individual en-suite bathrooms with glass showers and vessel sink vanities.
The infinity pool sits at the waterfront with the visual edge aligned with the bay. Dark wicker lounge chairs with cream cushions face the water from the deck. The private dock is 70 feet and handles large vessels with direct bay access. A gym is also on-site along with a BBQ grill and two-car covered parking.
Villa Glacia is on the Venetian Islands, connected to Miami Beach and downtown Miami by the Venetian Causeway. Lincoln Road and South Beach dining are a five-minute drive. The home includes central air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, smart home technology, smart TVs, surround sound, a washer and dryer, and a full kitchen. Four bedrooms, four bathrooms, 5,486 square feet, sleeps eight. Groups looking for a Venetian Islands villa rental with Biscayne Bay frontage, a private gym, and 70 feet of dock will find Villa Glacia is one of the more architecturally distinct properties in the portfolio.
