Luxury Villa Rentals in the United States

Pick a season, then an island or a street on the bay, and we will match you with a private villa in Miami Beach.

Choosing Your Base: Luxury Villa Rentals in the United States by Area

All of our homes in the United States are in Miami Beach. Each number on the map marks an area, so tap one to see the villas.

Miami Beach from Your Own Dock

Most people meet Miami Beach on Ocean Drive. Our guests tend to see it from the other side, looking west across Biscayne Bay with the city skyline lit up after dark.

Think of February. The air is dry and warm, the bay is flat, and you are taking coffee out to the dock while a pelican works the water. Then think of early December, when the art crowd lands for Art Basel and every evening seems to have a gallery opening or a dinner.

A house simply works better here than a hotel room. You get a pool in the garden, a kitchen for late snacks, and often a dock where a boat can pick you up. Families have space. Friends can host their own party without asking anyone’s permission.

When you compare luxury villa rentals Miami Beach, location on the water matters most. Our 18 homes sit in three groups: the islands in Biscayne Bay, the bayfront streets of Mid-Beach, and the quieter neighbourhoods up north.

Area 1 of 3

The Venetian Islands and Biscayne Bay Islands

This is the classic Miami Beach waterfront. The Venetian Islands are a chain of small residential islands strung along the Venetian Causeway, between the mainland and the beach. Star Island, Hibiscus Island and the Sunset Islands sit nearby in the bay, each reached by its own short bridge. Homes here are about water views, private docks and calm streets, with South Beach and downtown Miami both a short drive away. They suit families and groups who love boats. We have 11 villas in this area, across the Venetian Islands, Star Island, Hibiscus Island, the Sunset Islands and North Bay Island.

Private docks, skyline views across the bay and a quick drive to South Beach or downtown Miami.

Area 2 of 3

North Bay Road and Mid-Beach

North Bay Road runs along the bay side of Mid-Beach. It is a long, leafy residential street, with big gardens that slope down to the water. You are a few blocks from the ocean here, so a morning on the sand and an evening watching the sun set over the bay can both happen on the same day. This area suits couples and families who want something calmer than South Beach without losing easy access to it. We have two villas on and around North Bay Road.

Leafy bayfront gardens a few blocks from the ocean, with sunsets over Biscayne Bay most evenings.

Area 3 of 3

North Beach and the North Islands

Up north the pace drops and the streets get quieter. Biscayne Point and Normandy Shores are residential islands on the bay, many with canals behind the houses, and Normandy Shores has its own city-run golf course. North Beach itself has a long stretch of sand and a more local feel. These homes suit families who want space and anyone who prefers a slower rhythm. We have five villas here, in Biscayne Point, Normandy Shores and North Beach, including Villa Capri.

North Beach and the north islands

Quiet canals, a neighbourhood golf course and a long local beach far from the South Beach crowds.

When to Go to Miami Beach

South Florida has two seasons. The dry season runs from November to April, with sunny, comfortable days and lower humidity. This is the time most of our guests choose.

From mid-May to mid-October the rainy season takes over, with heat, humidity and afternoon thunderstorms. June to November is also the Atlantic hurricane season, so keep an eye on forecasts if you travel then.

Big event weeks fill up early. Art Basel Miami Beach runs from 4 to 6 December 2026, and villas around those dates go quickly.

Questions about Miami Beach

Many of our Miami Beach homes are on the water, and several have a private dock. Dock size and depth vary from house to house, so if you plan to bring or charter a boat, tell us the length and we will check it. Each property page shows whether the home is waterfront and what the dock can take.

It depends on the area. Homes on the Venetian Islands, Star Island and the Sunset Islands are a short drive from South Beach. Mid-Beach is a little further north, and North Beach is further again, which is part of its appeal. Tell us how often you plan to go out in South Beach and we will match you to the right spot.

Event weeks are the hardest to book. Art Basel in early December brings visitors from all over the world, and the winter holidays are busy too. If your trip is tied to an event, send us your dates as early as possible. Some homes set longer minimum stays for these periods, and the property page shows each one.

Services vary by home. Some include regular housekeeping, and our team can often arrange a private chef, a driver or a boat captain on request. The property page lists what comes with each stay. Mention what you need in your enquiry, and we will confirm what is available for your dates.

Every home sets its own minimum stay, and you will find it on the property page. Minimums can be longer over the winter holidays and big event weeks. Miami Beach also has local rules on short-term rentals, which our team keeps track of for each home. Send us your dates and we will tell you which villas can host you.
