Villa Rue

Villa Rue is a brand-new two-story home in Buena Vista, a few minutes from the Miami Design District. The house has more than 3,700 square feet, tall ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and an open plan that runs straight out to the backyard pool. Four bedrooms, four bathrooms, six beds, sleeps twelve. This home is located in Miami and offered by The Luxury Rental.

The ground floor is one long, light room. The living area has a deep green sculpted sofa, an 85-inch Smart TV and tall glass doors to the garden. The gourmet kitchen has custom wood-panel cabinetry, quartz counters, premium appliances and a long island with seating for five, and the dining table sits beside it under a brass pendant. A guest bedroom with a queen bed, its own bathroom with a walk-in shower and a private balcony is also on this level, along with a laundry room.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king bed, a 50-inch Smart TV, a walk-in closet, a private balcony and an adjoining bonus room with a queen bed. Its bathroom has dual vanities, a walk-in shower and a freestanding soaking tub. Bedroom three has a queen bed, a built-in closet and its own balcony, and bedroom four has two double beds. Two more full bathrooms serve the upstairs rooms, and every bedroom has a Smart TV.

The backyard is the main event. A long saltwater pool, five feet deep with a swim-out bench and a tanning ledge, runs the length of an artificial-turf lawn lined with tropical planting. Sun loungers sit along the water, a lounge area seats seven and a covered terrace holds the outdoor dining table and a built-in gas grill. The driveway parks three cars, with street parking as well.

Upper Buena Vista, with its boutiques, cafes and leafy courtyards, is a short walk away. The Design District, Wynwood and Midtown are a few minutes by car or rideshare, and Miami Beach, Downtown and Brickell are an easy drive. Villa Rue suits families, friends and business travelers who want space and a central Miami address. Contact The Luxury Rental for availability.
