Villa Milli

Villa Milli is a three-story white modern house on the Venetian Islands with Biscayne Bay on one side and the Downtown Miami skyline directly across the water. Each floor faces the bay through large windows and open balconies, and the ground level connects to a long rectangular pool that extends toward the waterfront with a private dock at the edge. Eight bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, 4,810 square feet, sleeps sixteen. This home is located in Miami Beach and offered by The Luxury Rental.

The entry sets an immediate tone. A long gallery hall with high-gloss travertine floors runs the width of the ground floor: Warhol flower prints hang in a series down one wall, a large purple and black abstract canvas anchors the other end, and a colorful ceramic totem sculpture stands at the center of the space. A glass-panel cutout in the ceiling above looks down from the second level, turning the hallway into something closer to a gallery than a foyer.

The main floor living and dining areas are open-plan. The dining section has a glass-top table with acrylic ghost chairs and a chrome drop-crystal chandelier under a recessed ceiling panel, with floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides framing the open bay. The living area has a white sectional, a wood-and-chrome coffee table, blue leather cube ottomans, and a wall-mounted TV. The kitchen is at the back of the plan with white counters and a central island.

The upper floor holds a second bay-facing living room with panoramic windows on three sides: two round-backed gray armchairs and a sectional face the open water, and the Downtown Miami skyline is the view in every direction. The primary suite is on the same level: all-white bedding with sheer linen curtains, sliding glass doors to the covered balcony, a mirrored dresser below a wall-mounted TV, and polished tile floors that carry through to the outdoor threshold.

The ground-floor covered terrace has a white molded dining table for eight looking out to the pool and dock. A dark-paneled jacuzzi sits inside the covered area, with the long rectangular pool stretching beyond it across an artificial grass lawn. White lounge chairs and a round egg-pod daybed are arranged along the pool edge. The private dock sits at the waterfront with direct bay access.

A lower level game room has a black billiard table and home theater seating. A gym is also on-site. The rooftop terrace has a glass railing and looks over the palm canopy with Downtown Miami visible in the distance. Villa Milli is on the Venetian Islands, connected to both Miami Beach and downtown by the Venetian Causeway. Eight bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, 4,810 square feet, sleeps sixteen. Groups looking for an eight-bedroom Miami villa rental with bay views, a private dock, and a lower-level entertainment floor will find Villa Milli covers the range.
