Villa Las Brisas stands in a secure private domain on the Pampelonne side of Saint-Tropez, just minutes from the Pampelonne beaches and a five-minute walk from Club 55, Byblos Beach and La Réserve Beach. Completed in 2020 and refreshed in 2026, this luxury villa rental in Ramatuelle offers 650 m² of modern living on 4,000 m² of landscaped grounds, with panoramic views of the sea.
The ground floor opens from a wide entrance hall into the living and dining rooms, which lead straight onto the terraces. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped, with a climate-controlled wine cellar. The master bedroom looks out over the pool and the sea, and a guest pavilion holds two more interconnecting en-suite bedrooms.
All seven bedrooms are en-suite, with queen-size beds (180 × 200 cm) and a private dressing room. Six have a bathtub and a walk-in shower, one has a walk-in shower, and most enjoy panoramic sea or pool views. Outside, a heated infinity pool of 16.4 metres sits at the heart of the garden. For wellness there is a traditional hammam, a massage treatment room, a hairdressing station, a manicure and pedicure chair, a private Technogym fitness studio and a private tennis court.
The villa is staffed for a carefree stay: two housekeepers and a private chef live in the separate staff quarters, and a butler looks after the house each day. Regular cleaning, linen, pool and garden care, air conditioning throughout and high-speed Wi-Fi are all included. Stays run Saturday to Saturday.
