Villa Paramount stands on the Cap Camarat headland above Ramatuelle, two hundred metres on foot from the western entrance to Pampelonne beach and five kilometres by road from Saint-Tropez port. The building covers 500m2 on a single level under a flat concrete roof and sits inside a fully enclosed estate of 10,000m2 planted with stone pines, Mediterranean oaks, and old olive trees. A helipad on the north section of the plot gives direct air access from Nice airport, which is 90 kilometres east on the A8 motorway, and is available to book through The Luxury Rental.

The architecture is horizontal and almost entirely glazed on two sides. The south and west facades are floor-to-ceiling glass panels that retract fully in summer, connecting the main living areas, the kitchen, and the pool terrace into a single outdoor room with no threshold. Inside, polished concrete floors run from the entrance through every room without a break. In the entrance hall, a white cantilevered staircase rises beside a clear glass balustrade with LED strip lighting recessed under each tread. Round mirrors and large original paintings are mounted across the white plaster walls throughout, including a large-format canvas above the kitchen credenza.

The kitchen is laid out for a private chef. Lacquered white cabinetry rises floor to ceiling on both walls, a wide Corian island with wire bar stools runs down the centre, and built-in appliances include two stainless steel oven columns, an oversized refrigerator, and a wine fridge recessed under the counter. The island flows without a break into the indoor dining counter, which opens in turn through sliding glass onto a covered outdoor terrace table that seats twelve. A wall of original art on the adjacent panel brings colour into the otherwise all-white space.

Seven bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, are distributed across the property. Five sit at garden level inside the main house with floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening directly onto the lawn. Two further bedrooms are fully independent with their own exterior entrances off the driveway and no shared corridor with the main structure. All rooms have white plaster walls, pink wool rugs, and original canvas artwork. Bathrooms open behind glass partitions and include freestanding baths and rainfall showers with full-height tiled surrounds.

The main pool runs the full width of the rear of the house and is surrounded on both sides by modular pink upholstered sun loungers and a shaded outdoor dining area. The estate also includes a Technogym-equipped fitness room on the ground floor, an outdoor cinema screen set into the south lawn, and a children’s playground with rubberised safety decking. The private gate from the estate opens onto the Pampelonne shore path, putting the nearest beach clubs under four minutes away on foot.

The Luxury Rental manages the full service at Villa Paramount, with daily housekeeping and a dedicated private chef both included in the weekly rental rate. Ramatuelle village with its market and Provencal restaurants is two kilometres from the estate gate. The Saint-Tropez ferry runs from the Pampelonne shore to the old port and to Sainte-Maxime throughout the summer season.
