The formal dining room has a round travertine-top table set for eight, surrounded by linen-upholstered chairs on a jute rug. Above it hangs a showpiece chandelier made entirely of layered white seashells with candelabra bulbs. A blue coral sculpture serves as a table centerpiece alongside blue-tinted glassware. The kitchen has white shaker cabinetry, white quartz countertops, a center island with wicker barstools, and a full stainless-steel French-door refrigerator. The covered terrace has a round dining table with white wicker chairs and a bronze seashell pendant light overhead.

Bedrooms follow a consistent colonial tropical character. The primary suite has a carved dark mahogany four-poster bed with spiral-turned posts, white quilted bedding, and blue floral-print runners, flanked by matching dark nightstands and ceramic blue-and-white lamp bases. Blue-framed botanical prints hang above the headboard. A second bedroom has a dark bamboo-style four-poster in red mahogany with cross-hatch headboard panels and green and white print bedding. Bathrooms have cream travertine countertops with oval vessel sinks and wide frameless mirrors, with decorative carved stone Buddha heads mounted on the walls.
