Both veranda levels are functional outdoor living spaces. The ground-floor covered terrace runs the full width of the house and holds a large dining table with a linen runner, six dark wood ladder-back chairs, a matching console table with ceramic accessories, and a ceiling fan on a white-beamed ceiling. The same terrace wraps to a seating area with a rattan sofa and armchairs fitted with blue and white cushions, all positioned to look directly across the pool and lawn toward the palms. The upper balcony mirrors the layout with a second dining setup and seating area accessed from the upper bedrooms.

The kitchen is a galley-style space with cream painted shaker cabinetry, upper glass-fronted cabinets with interior lighting, cream stone countertops, a stainless steel double sink, a gas cooktop with a hood above, a dishwasher, and white subway tile backsplash. It connects to the main ground-floor interior through an arched doorway.
