The main interior is double-height, with a mezzanine-level white-painted balustrade railing visible from below. The ground floor living room is anchored by three large cream sofas in a U around two round black glass coffee tables. Blue velvet accent pillows and a light blue lacquer media cabinet with brass pulls complete the space. A branching globe chandelier with clear glass orbs lights the double-height center above.

Upper-floor bedrooms have sage-green painted walls, cream upholstered headboards with contrast piping, botanical-print curtains, and sliding glass doors opening to a terrace with fairway views. The primary bathroom has dark slate-gray floor tile, a Jacuzzi tub below full-height veined gray-and-copper marble, and a floating teak vanity.
