The kitchen has cherry-toned wood cabinetry with black granite countertops, a large prep island with bar seating, and an opening cut through to the living area. Track lighting runs the ceiling above the counters. Cookware, a stand mixer, and full appliances are set into the counter runs, and an overhead range hood in warm brass finishes the central cooking line.

The primary bedroom rises to a high vaulted ceiling with exposed honey-toned wood tongue-and-groove planking and thick beams running to the peak. A carved mahogany bed frame with a shaped headboard holds white linen bedding. Two white-upholstered footstools sit at the base. Bank of French doors with warm mahogany frames opens to the second-floor balcony with palm views. A bright blue canvas painting hangs above the headboard. The connected bathroom has multi-tone mosaic tile walls, a raised soaking tub in a wood-surround platform, and a wide mirror above a wood vanity.
