Villa Inriri

Villa Inriri is a single-story villa located inside Puntacana Resort and Club, a gated residential community set among golf fairways and tropical garden grounds in Punta Cana. The property sits on an open lot with a wide rear lawn, a covered second-floor terrace balcony accessed from the upper-level master suite, and an outdoor terrace fitted with a canopied daybed with dark wood four-poster frame and white draped fabric. Four bedrooms, four-plus bathrooms, sleeps eight, and is available to book through The Luxury Rental.

The pool terrace runs the width of the rear garden and is paved in cream travertine. A rectangular pool with deep blue water sits flush with the paving, with teak chaise lounges positioned along the near edge. A low wood side table sits between chairs at the far end of the deck. The lawn beyond is closely cropped and open, bordered by mature tropical plantings.

The main living and dining area is a wide open-plan room with travertine tile floors, white walls, and white upholstered sofas with carved wood base frames arranged around a dark lacquered coffee table. A flat-screen television is mounted on one wall. On the garden-facing side, large sliding glass doors open to the terrace. The dining area holds a solid mahogany table with curved high-back chairs in a warm wood tone, lit from above by a round capiz-shell pendant chandelier. Wall sconces and framed artworks, including a colorful canvas of a local market scene, line the adjacent wall.

The kitchen has rich cherry-toned wood cabinetry with white quartz counters, a central island with bar stools in woven seagrass, and a stainless steel refrigerator. A pass-through window connects to the dining room. Small mosaic tiles in yellow-green and gold tones line the backsplash between upper and lower cabinets, and a separate outdoor kitchen connects through a wood-framed door to the garden.

The primary bedroom has a high vaulted ceiling with exposed dark mahogany beams running to the peak and a ceiling fan at the crown. A low platform bed with carved wood detailing and an antique gold painted frame is dressed in crisp white linen. An attached en-suite bathroom features a double mahogany vanity with white vessel sinks, a large wall mirror across the full width, and a raised Jacuzzi soaking tub set into a step platform with slate mosaic tile surround.
