Villa Nacar

Villa Nacar is a two-story villa set within the Cap Cana marina community, one of Punta Cana‘s most established private residential enclaves. The cream-painted exterior sits behind a wide grass-grid paver driveway with a central lawn strip and mature tropical trees on both sides, with a covered carport attached to the south side of the building. Four bedrooms, four or more bathrooms, sleeps eight, and is available to book through The Luxury Rental.

The rear garden is anchored by a freeform pool with a raised Jacuzzi attached to one end, surrounded by cream travertine paving. A white colonnaded covered terrace runs the length of the rear facade, its tiled floor shaded by the home’s overhanging roof. At the far end of the garden, a separate gazebo with a hip roof and open sides holds additional outdoor seating, set against a backdrop of dense tropical greenery and a low stone border.

The main living room occupies a double-height volume on the upper floor. Exposed wrought-iron spiral-pattern railing lines the open mezzanine edge. Dark mahogany-framed rattan sofas and armchairs with teal cushions are arranged around a square glass-top coffee table on a sisal rug. A dark wood TV stand holds a flat-screen television along one wall.

The dining room is a separate formal space with a rectangular dark wood table seating ten, surrounded by high-back carved wood chairs with dark green upholstered seats. A wrought-iron chandelier with glass globe shades hangs above. The kitchen has warm honey-tone wood cabinetry with raised-panel doors, a stainless gas range, and cream stone countertops along an L-shaped layout.

The primary bedroom has a carved dark mahogany sleigh-style bed frame with white quilted bedding and teal accent pillows. A tufted teal bench sits at the foot of the bed. Tropical oil paintings in gold frames hang on the white walls, and a wrought-iron pendant light with amber glass hangs from the vaulted ceiling. Bathrooms vary: the primary bath has large blue-gray marble tiles on walls and floors with a double-sink vanity; a second bath has rich dark-brown ceramic tiles from floor to mid-wall, a glass walk-in shower, and a wood-framed wide vanity mirror.
