The main living room occupies a double-height volume on the upper floor. Exposed wrought-iron spiral-pattern railing lines the open mezzanine edge. Dark mahogany-framed rattan sofas and armchairs with teal cushions are arranged around a square glass-top coffee table on a sisal rug. A dark wood TV stand holds a flat-screen television along one wall.

The dining room is a separate formal space with a rectangular dark wood table seating ten, surrounded by high-back carved wood chairs with dark green upholstered seats. A wrought-iron chandelier with glass globe shades hangs above. The kitchen has warm honey-tone wood cabinetry with raised-panel doors, a stainless gas range, and cream stone countertops along an L-shaped layout.

The primary bedroom has a carved dark mahogany sleigh-style bed frame with white quilted bedding and teal accent pillows. A tufted teal bench sits at the foot of the bed. Tropical oil paintings in gold frames hang on the white walls, and a wrought-iron pendant light with amber glass hangs from the vaulted ceiling. Bathrooms vary: the primary bath has large blue-gray marble tiles on walls and floors with a double-sink vanity; a second bath has rich dark-brown ceramic tiles from floor to mid-wall, a glass walk-in shower, and a wood-framed wide vanity mirror.
