Villa Palma Real

Villa Palma Real is a two-story villa set within the La Cana residential community inside Puntacana Resort and Club, one of Punta Cana‘s premier private estates. The white-rendered facade rises above a wide paver-brick driveway flanked by trimmed hedges and tall palms, with a covered porte-cochere at the entrance. Five bedrooms, five or more bathrooms, sleeps twelve, and is available to book through The Luxury Rental.

The rear of the home opens onto a wide cream travertine pool terrace that faces the golf course. A rectangular pool with a blue-tile interior sits at the center, joined by a separate attached Jacuzzi. Deep-blue navy lounge chairs are arranged in two rows along the pool’s length, and a covered upper balcony overhangs part of the deck, providing shade over additional seating below. Coconut palms ring the perimeter, keeping the space private.

The main covered terrace off the living area holds a full outdoor lounge arrangement: wicker sofas and armchairs with white and gray-stripe cushions are grouped around a low coffee table, facing a decorative white stone fireplace with rattan lanterns on the mantle. The slatted white-painted ceiling overhead runs the full width of the terrace, and floor-to-ceiling glass sliders connect directly to the interior living spaces.

Inside, the main living room is wide and softly lit, with a large woven pendant lamp hanging over a cream linen sectional sofa arranged on a jute area rug. The open dining space features a large white marble oval table seating twelve, surrounded by slatted wood chairs, lit from above by a long brass chandelier with globe bulbs. The kitchen has white marble slab walls, light wood cabinetry, a central island with cane barstools, and stainless appliances.

The primary bedroom has a white paneled headboard, crisp white bedding, and teal geometric accent pillows. A second bedroom has a rattan cane headboard with navy rope-knot pillows on white bedding, built-in white wardrobe panels, a wall-mounted flat screen, and gray linen curtains. Bathrooms are finished in warm cream travertine with glass-enclosed rain showers and square vessel sinks on travertine countertops.
