Villa Paraiso is a two-story estate positioned inside the Cocotal golf community in Bávaro, north of Punta Cana airport. The white stucco exterior features ornate wrought-iron scrollwork balconies on the upper floor and arched dark-wood double entry doors with iron grille panels that open onto a polished travertine foyer. The living room is spacious and open-plan, with white leather sectional sofas accented by cobalt blue and yellow throw pillows arranged around a square dark-wood coffee table with a natural bowl centerpiece. A travertine-clad interior bar counter with tall stools lines the wall to one side, and a mounted flat-screen television faces the seating group.

The outdoor terrace and pool are central to the home. A cream travertine pool deck wraps a rectangular lap pool, with turquoise mesh reclining chairs arranged around the perimeter. The surrounding lawn is framed by tall Norfolk Island pines and coconut palms. A separate game room off the terrace has a dark walnut billiard table, a black leather sofa, a wall-mounted television, and a vivid Haitian street scene painting in reds, yellows, and blues.

Bedrooms span both floors and vary in style.
