The double-height entry foyer has a sweeping white-painted staircase with wood handrails curving up to the mezzanine level, a large crystal chandelier, and a pair of ornate gilt-framed mirrors flanking the upper landing. The outdoor pool terrace is the social heart of the property. A large rectangular pool with a deep blue interior stretches the full width of the rear garden, flanked by white lounge chairs and market umbrellas on pale travertine paving. A hip-roofed open-sided poolside pavilion with white columns stands at the far end, housing a bar and additional seating. Tall royal palms line the garden perimeter, and the ocean is visible beyond the tree line.

The main dining room is formal and double-volumed, with a polished dark mahogany ceiling panel above and warm cove lighting framing the perimeter. Two rectangular white marble dining tables are arranged end-to-end, each surrounded by carved-leg upholstered chairs in cream linen. A bright white kitchen with tall white cabinetry, marble counters, and island barstools sits adjacent. The upper mezzanine level has its own sitting area anchored by a dark wood piano table under a vaulted honey-tone wood ceiling.

The covered outdoor terrace has cream limestone paving, white lattice privacy screens, and a round dining table with white wicker chairs and blue cushions. A bronze capiz-and-metal shell chandelier hangs above, and a private in-villa hair salon is fitted with leather styling chairs, a shampoo recline chair, an arched LED vanity mirror, and cane-panel wardrobe doors.

The bedrooms range from master suites to children’s rooms with custom built-in bunk beds. One master bath is finished in honey-veined cream marble with a frameless glass walk-in shower, a raised oval soaking tub on a stepped marble platform, and gold-brass fixtures throughout. Children’s rooms feature floor-to-ceiling white built-in bunk units with blue and white printed bedding.
