Villa Sol is a two-story classical estate set within Puntacana Resort and Club in Punta Cana, one of the coast’s most established private communities. The white facade features a columned portico entry, symmetrical upper balconies framed by coral stone balusters, and a rear elevation that opens across two stories of covered terrace and colonnade onto a wide cream travertine pool terrace backed by tall coconut palms. A separate stone-paved garden dining area off the main terrace holds a large rectangular limestone-top table with dark woven rope-back chairs under tall areca palms.

The formal dining room seats fourteen at a long white distressed wood table under twin gold wire-frame empire chandeliers hung on exposed black cable. Gray linen skirted chairs surround the table, and a pair of gold sculptural sunburst wall medallions flank the window. Tall cream floor-length drapes with gray borders frame arched French doors on the garden-facing wall.

The sitting room off the main hall is furnished in a cream and gold palette. A three-seat cream sofa with embroidered cushions, two cream barrel-back armchairs with dark wood frames, and a hexagonal gold-and-glass coffee table are arranged on a cream carpet.
