The covered pavilion at the end of the terrace has slatted ceiling and holds woven rattan armchairs with white cushions and a low seating arrangement facing the garden. The rear garden is green and open with a sandy-soil beach area and tall palms at the edge.

The kitchen runs along one wall in a U-shape with dark lacquer lower cabinetry, cream upper cabinets with open shelving displaying white ceramic pieces, a white quartz countertop, and a flat island with cooktop and round pendant lamp above. A round breakfast table with rope-weave armchairs sits in a breakfast nook in front of a wide casement window overlooking the garden.

The primary bedroom has a vaulted white ceiling angled upward toward a ridge, a white platform bed with tall padded headboard and grey quilted bedding, and floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors opening directly to the pool terrace with a white wave-form chaise lounge outside. The en-suite bathroom has dark slate floor tile, a double vanity with integrated black countertop sinks, and two large round wood-framed mirrors mounted above with linear LED lighting at the ceiling.
