The pool is the visual anchor of the outdoor space. The freeform design curves around planted islands with flowering shrubs, and a circular Jacuzzi sits adjacent to the main basin. A full-size green sports court with basketball markings sits to the east of the main structures, separated by a hedge perimeter.

The interiors span several distinct wings and volumes. One living room has sky-blue painted walls, a large white sectional sofa with coral and starfish-motif accent pillows, brown wicker armchairs, and a dark wood coffee table. A second lounge has a vaulted dark wood beam ceiling, a bold multicolor vertical-stripe accent wall, a curved sand-tone sofa, and glass doors opening directly to the pool deck.

A dedicated wine cellar and bar room has floor-to-ceiling wood bottle racks holding over a hundred bottles, a long wood tasting table with black leather chairs, pendant lights in smoked glass, and a brick-faced bar counter with stemware overhead. A private study has a green-veined marble desk, dark wood built-in shelving, and butterfly chairs in black canvas.

The bedrooms vary in character across the property. One suite has a linen-upholstered headboard, blue medallion-print bed runners, a dark wood rattan chaise longue, and a vaulted dark beam ceiling.
