A home of real design merit, in a setting that is part of the stay: the slopes, the water or a view worth the journey.

Gated, walled or secluded, with no shared pools, gardens or entrances.
Interiors and condition
Finished and kept to the standard of a five-star hotel, with photographs that match the home on arrival.

A named host or concierge reachable throughout the stay, with chefs, transfers and housekeeping available on request.

Questions owners ask
Can Signature be bought?
No. Featured placement can be paid for; Signature cannot. Only our team awards it, and it cannot be added from the owner dashboard.
Does my home need to be listed with you already?
No. Homes already in our collection and homes new to us can both apply. We review a new home for the collection and for Signature together.
What happens if a home no longer meets the standard?
Every Signature home is reviewed again each year. A home keeps the mark only while it meets the standard.
Is there a fee to apply?
No. Applying is free. Terms for each Signature home are agreed individually once the home is accepted.
How long does the review take?
It depends on each home and on how quickly the review and visit can be arranged with you. Most homes that are accepted are welcomed into the collection within one to two weeks.
